What are the payment methods?

We use Square for payment and the following cards are supported: JCB, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

How long does it take for my return request to be approved?

We will process your application within 1 to 2 working days after receiving your application, please be patient; if you have any questions on the way, you can contact us by email.

What if I receive a kit with missing parts?

If this happens, we’ll be happy to arrange a refund or re-shipment for you. You can send a photo of the lost item kit with instructions to our email address and our customer service will get back to you shortly.

What if my tool has quality issues?

We are very confident in our products, if you have a quality problem within 30 days of receiving the tool, please contact us and we will accept 30-day unconditional returns.

Under what circumstances will my order be cancelled?

Occasionally, all or part of an order will be cancelled. Order cancellations are usually due to one of the following reasons:

  • Out-of-stock products.
  • Problems processing payment information.
  • Shipping address problem.
  • Repeat Orders.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email with details. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

What if my order is damaged in transit?

Our primary concern is that you are satisfied with your purchase. If this happens, please be sure to contact our customer service as soon as possible, explain the damage and attach a picture. If your item is partially damaged, we can replace it for free; if your item is completely damaged, please reject it and contact our customer service for a replacement or refund.

Does Bunelle offer repair services?

All Bunelle products come with a 1-year warranty from the day after receipt, and we will, at our option, repair or replace products that prove to be defective. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, alteration, tampering, misuse, neglect or abuse.
