If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Bunelle, you may return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (subject to availability, as shown below). To return the item, you must contact us first. And items must be returned in new or unused condition and must include all original packaging. We will process refunds within 1-2 business days of receiving the returned item if the following conditions are met (please contact us if it is late):

  • It is necessary to ensure that the returned goods maintain the original quality and function, the appearance is intact, and the trademarks and various signs of the goods themselves and accessories are complete. (If the product has been used after unpacking, the value and quality of the product have been damaged, or the secondary sales have been affected, 30-day free returns and exchanges are not supported.)
  • It is recommended that you keep the original packaging for easy returns.
  • If you have requested an invoice, please send the invoice proof back.
  • Goods with quality problems are excluded.
  • Items must meet our return criteria to be eligible for return.

Warranty policy

All Bunelle’s products come with a 1-year warranty starting the day after receipt.
If your product needs repair, we only provide return-to-factory repair service. During the warranty period, you need to provide a warranty card, we can provide you with a free return to the factory repair service (the product postage is paid by yourself), if the card is lost, damaged, or the numbers are wiped, the free warranty service may not be effective, and you need to bear the repair yourself cost.
During the warranty period of your product, we will, at our option, repair or replace a product that proves to be defective. A warranty card needs to be attached. If the card is lost, erased, or damaged, it will not take effect, and maintenance fees need to be charged normally. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, alteration, tampering, misuse, neglect or abuse.
Note: During your use, if you have any questions, you can refer to the product manual. If it cannot be resolved, please contact the relevant personnel in the manual. For returns and warranty service, you can call our customer service and Mr. Davis will answer for you.
The warranty is effective from the date you receive the goods.

Return Process

First, please contact the online customer service Mr. Davis to communicate with you and confirm your return or exchange application, then you can send the product to us. Otherwise, we will refuse to accept any responsibility.
Once confirmed, please send the returned product, which must be brand new, unused, in the original box and/or packaging, with all labels attached.
After the goods are shipped, please send the courier information and your personal information to our service staff, which will speed up the processing efficiency of your return and exchange application.
After receiving your product, we will confirm the product. If this is the case, we will process your return request within 24 business hours to arrange a refund. The refund time is the same as the order cancellation refund time.

How do I cancel an order/start a return?

Support to cancel the order within 30 minutes after placing the order, no more than 30 minutes (the processed order cannot be retrieved from the parcel pile), our cancellation processing time is 1 business day, and the refund will be arranged within 1 business day after the success.

Refunds due to customer subjective factors are required to be returned after the customer receives the goods. We will arrange a refund within 1-2 business days after receiving the goods and confirming that they are correct, the freight is borne by the customer, and we do not support express delivery.

When will the refund amount arrive?

Generally, it takes 1-3 business days, depending on the processing speed of the third-party payment system. The specific refund time depends on your payment method. Please be patient and do not worry. If it is overdue, you can contact our customer service and we will help you check the processing situation.
