Bunelle offers free shipping on all orders over $100(include). Orders less than $100 are subject to $6 shipping.

Where does Bunelle ship to?

Bunelle only ships in the continental United States. At present, international freight is unstable due to the impact of the epidemic. In order not to reduce the overall service quality, international services are temporarily closed. Subsequent adjustments will be announced on the website. Thanks for your support.

How long is the order processing and shipping time?

Bunelle’s order processing time is 1-2 business days and shipping time is 3-12 business days.
Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday. Orders after 5:00 PM (EST) on Friday will be processed and shipped next Monday (holiday extension).

What is Bunelle’s delivery process?

1) Pending payment: Waiting for the customer to pay.
2) In preparation: The warehouse is packing for you.
3) Delivering: Your package is being delivered.
4) Received: You have received the package.

Delay processing

Order processing delay: Our processing time is generally 1-2 business days. If there is a timeout, we are sorry, you can email us at support@bunelle.com, if it takes more than 10 days to process the order (without any instructions), you can ask for a refund directly, or we will reschedule the shipment and reimbursing you with a $10 coupon as an apology.
Shipping delay: If the shipping time exceeds 60 days, you can apply for a refund directly or we will send it to you again.

How do I view order details?

Please log in to the Bunelle website and select Orders in My Account. Visitors, please enter the relevant order number and information to check and view.

Can an order have multiple shipping addresses?

There is only one shipping address per order. If you want to ship to multiple shipping addresses, please place separate orders.

Sale tax

Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all taxes. If your order is subsequently rejected, you will still be responsible for the cost of shipping the package.

Note: If your goods are lost in transit, we will not take any responsibility, but will help you get in touch with the logistics company in time to help you retrieve them.

Check reminder

Please communicate with the courier to check whether the outer packaging is damaged, and open the packaging to check whether the product itself is damaged. If there is any quality problem, please keep the relevant documents properly and contact us as soon as possible, and we will assist you in the follow-up operation.
